All About Sienna Miller

Sienna Miller is an English actress, model, and fashion designer, best known for her roles in Layer Cake, Alfie, Factory Girl, The Edge of Love and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, for dating Jude Law and for her somewhat outrageous sense of fashion.

Before she was an actress, Sienna Miller was a photographic model. During her career, during which time she was with Select Model Management, London, she modeled for Coca-Cola, Italian Vogue, and posed topless in the 2003 Pirelli Calendar.

During her early career Sienna Miller acted in in several amateur New York City plays. Her film debut was in South Kensington, with Rupert Everett and Elle Macpherson in 2001. The next year, Sienna Miller  acted in High Speed and The Ride. In 2003, Sienna Miller acted in Simon West’s television action drama series Keen Eddie in a recurring role. Sienna Miller also played a supporting part in Alfie starring Jude Law. The same year, 2004, she acted in Layer Cake with Daniel Craig. In 2005, Sienna Miller decided to stretch her acting muscles. She once again sort out on-stage roles, finally getting a role as Celia in a West End production of Shakespeare’s As You Like It. She also understudied the lead role of Rosalind, which she only had the opportunity to play on one occasion.

The same year, Sienna Miller acted opposite Heath Ledger in Casanova. This was followed by a role in Factory Girl where Sienna Miller played the role of 1960s socialite and Andy Warhol’s muse Edie Sedgwick. Sienna Miller has also acted in Stardust, playing a small role. She also played an American starlet to Steve Buscemi’s reporter in the film Interview. In 2007 Sienna Miller acted as an undead bride opposite James Franco in the horror comedy Camille.
In 2008 Sienna Miller appeared in The Mysteries of Pittsburgh and The Edge of Love. The following year, Sienna Miller acted in live-action film adaptation of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, playing The Baroness. The film did extremely well, grossing $54 million on its opening weekend in the United States alone.

Sienna Miller also has talents as a fashion designer. Not only has she been closely associated with ‘boho chic’, in 2006 Sienna Miller was contracted to design a fashion capsule for Pepe Jeans. The line was later expanded to a complete fashion label known as Twenty8Twelve, based on Sienna Miller birth date.

Sienna Miller is also a Global Ambassador for International Medical Corps and has travelled extensively with them.
